Refund Policy

When you can get a refund

You can get a full refund within 7 days of a payment, as long as you have not used any minutes in the period that payment covers.

After you have used minutes, or after 7 days, payments are not refunded. You can still cancel at any time so the plan does not renew.

How to ask

Write to the email below with the email address of your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
